Responsibilities

• Works closely with superiors to ensure smooth daily operations and provide excellent service.
• Manage hospitality operations and ensure smooth service in dining and housekeeping.
• Work with the care teams to plan menus and manage food services.
• Ensure all teams follow service standards and SOPs with good attention to detail.
• Handle service issues quickly and professionally to improve the overall experience.
