About the role

As a Key Account Manager, yo u will lead the commercial performance of assigned customers and territories in Bolivia, driving sustainable and profitable growth.   • In-Store Excellence: Ensure product availability, coverage, and execution at the point of sale
  • Trade Marketing Execution: Support implementation of trade marketing strategies and sales capability development
  • Financial Ownership: Manage country-level P&L to ensure profitability across customers
  • Forecasting & Planning: Lead sales forecasting and collaborate in S&OP processes to align demand and operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience with a minimum of 10 years of experience managing key ac counts within FMCG or traditional trade environments is a m ust .
  • Strong understanding of sales, commercial strategy, and trade marketing practices
  • Demonstrated analytical mindset, negotiation skills, and ability to build long-term relationships
  • Fluent Spanish with intermediate English proficiency ; proactive, results-driven, and capable of leading in dynamic environments
