Collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives, you will lead the strategic vision for the legal technology architecture and development of legal systems embedded within Allstate's Legal Department. You will also lead technology transformation work, including contract lifecycle management, intake, compliance, ELM, and other legal operations-led process improvement initiatives, including workflows and automation for intake, approvals, document generation, and data capture, to drive significant efficiency gains and enable legal teams to operate in a more scalable, structured, and self-service model.
