Responsibilities
- Administrative Duties
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and incoming mail.
- Maintain proper filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment as required.
- Maintain and update records for company machines and vehicles, including insurance renewals and expiry tracking.
- Provide administrative support for Human Resources functions, including maintaining employee records, attendance monitoring, and leave administration.
- Assist in general office administration and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
- Accounting Duties
- Handle the full set of accounts for a subsidiary company.
- Process payments to suppliers, staff reimbursements, and expense claims.
- Process supplier invoices and customer billings for the holding company.
- Match and verify supplier statements against internal accounting records.
- Assist with payroll processing and related administrative duties.
- Assist in audit reviews and year-end financial closing activities.
- Support audit processes by preparing and providing required documents and information.
- Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting and financial records.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
- Job Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI, Higher NITEC in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting and administrative experience.
- Experience with MYOB (ABSS) accounting software will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented with strong numerical skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Working Day: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm
