Responsibilities

  • Administrative Duties
  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and incoming mail.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment as required.
  • Maintain and update records for company machines and vehicles, including insurance renewals and expiry tracking.
  • Provide administrative support for Human Resources functions, including maintaining employee records, attendance monitoring, and leave administration.

  • Accounting Duties
  • Handle the full set of accounts for a subsidiary company.
  • Process payments to suppliers, staff reimbursements, and expense claims.
  • Process supplier invoices and customer billings for the holding company.
  • Match and verify supplier statements against internal accounting records.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related administrative duties.
  • Assist in audit reviews and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Support audit processes by preparing and providing required documents and information.
  • Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting and financial records.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
  • Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI, Higher NITEC in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting and administrative experience.
  • Experience with MYOB (ABSS) accounting software will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented with strong numerical skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Working Day: Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm
