UpLift is a multi-sided marketplace, applying technology to empower patients to find Therapists and Psychiatric providers covered by their insurance plan. Why Join UpLift Flexible earnings model*: Compensation includes both patient care and collaboration activities. Physicians can earn $25 per assigned supervision slot (in capped states) and $30 per completed chart review. Total monthly earnings may vary based on state coverage and activity. Collaborative model: Support and supervise Nurse Practitioners (NPs) through formal collaboration agreements, including chart reviews and consultation.
