National and international expected traveling time varies according to project/client and organizational needs: 0%-15% estimated. ๐Ÿ’ช How You'll Contribute Build Pipelines: Design and operate scalable end-to-end data pipelines for both real-time and batch data. Maintain ETL Processes: Design and maintain robust ETL processes, using dbt to ensure data is transformed and accurately modeled. Cross-Cloud Engineering: Leverage expertise across multiple cloud environments to build robust data ecosystems, whether utilizing AWS (S3 and core cloud services) , GCP (BigQuery and Google Cloud Storage) , or Azure (Databricks). Automate & Orchestrate: Use deep knowledge of Apache Airflow for scheduling, orchestrating, and monitoring workflows. Build software services and automate processes using strong Python development skills. Advanced Data Modeling: Apply the correct methodologies (Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault) to design Star Schemas, Semantic Models, and highly optimized platforms. ๐ŸŒฟ We're Looking for Someone Who... Has Senior-Level Impact: You bring a minimum of 5 years as a data engineer with a track record of end-to-end delivery in fast-paced environments. Values Collaboration: You have professional fluency in English , are an excellent collaborator between developers and leadership, and have the ability to guide others. Embraces Engineering Best Practices: You have a solid understanding of engineering and architectural principles , and you are comfortable collaborating on CI/CD workflows and using version control (Git) ๐Ÿ›  Your Technical Toolkit: Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience working across AWS , GCP , or Azure , with exposure to Infrastructure as Code like Terraform. Data Platforms: Deep experience with modern data platforms including Databricks , and Spark . Orchestration & Streaming: Deep expertise in Apache Airflow or similar and familiarity with event-driven or streaming technologies like Kafka or similar and knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for orchestration. Programming: Strong coding capabilities in Python , combined with advanced SQL skills for working with large-scale datasets. Modeling & Architecture: Highly proficient in dimensional modelling ( Kimball ) and building robust OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) systems. Experience with Search Tools (plus) ๐Ÿ’ฌ Recruitment Stages Screening - Reviewing CVs and eligibility verification. 1st Call - 30 minute call to access Technical & Culture Fit with IT Recruiter. Tech Interview - 2 hour call with two of our Cloud Engineers to assess your technical knowledge in depth. The interview includes a theoretical section based on test-case scenarios as well as live practical exercises Cultural Interview - 1-hour call with a Minder to assess cultural fit with Mindera and align expectations for both parties.
