Responsibilities
- Drive Performance & Optimize Operations

- Coordinate and schedule transportation requests, managing both preplanned and ad hoc shipments to support timely and efficient delivery
- Manage shipment tracking and provide real-time visibility across the network
- Act as a key point of contact for transportation inquiries
- Work closely with logistics providers to resolve issues and maintain strong operational performance
- Review and validate transportation invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payment
- Support Freight Audit & Continuous Improvement
- Audit and approve freight invoices to maintain accurate financial records
- Contribute to process improvements and take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve
- What You Bring
- Education & Experience
- Post-secondary education in Transportation, Logistics, or Business
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in transportation/logistics, including:
- International freight (FCL, LCL, air, parcel)
- Multimodal shipping (TL, LTL)
- Working with freight forwarders
- Experience managing heavy equipment transportation is an asset
- Strong understanding of supply chain and parts distribution networks
- Advanced Excel skills and analytics capability
