We have created a culture that enables talent to flourish, encouraging entrepreneurship, fostering team spirit, and continually building mutual trust. - Acts as the day-to-day contact for client requests, ensuring SLAs are consistently achieved. - Prepares reports, KPIs, and dashboards for regular performance reviews with clients. - Coordinates with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure alignment with client needs. - Identifies service improvement opportunities and escalates issues when required. - Negotiates small renewals and contract terms within delegated authority. - Provides market insights and data to strengthen client decision-making. - Prepares quarterly reviews and supports long-term account planning. - Collaborates with business development on upselling opportunities.
