Finance Executive

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements aligned with project and corporate requirements.
• Budget management : Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and highlight variances to management.
• Cost control : Implement cost-saving measures, analyze project costing, and ensure financial efficiency.
• Accounts payable & receivable : Process invoices, manage supplier payments, and follow up on client collections.
• Payroll support : Assist HR in payroll processing, overtime calculations, and CPF contributions.
• Compliance & audit : Ensure adherence to MOM, IRAS, and BCA regulations; support internal and external audits.
• Project finance support : Work closely with project managers to align financial planning with construction timelines.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, and payment schedules.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in finance, preferably within construction or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Info Tech, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Singapore financial regulations (IRAS, CPF, GST).
