Location: 400 W Morgan Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48108 Position Title: Systems Engineer Salary: $145,912- $164,880/ year Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00pm Summary of Duties: Support service teams with escalated customer issues, reproducing such issues internally, and supporting R&D in the investigation and resolution. Identify, where feasible, workarounds or other mitigations to eliminate or lessen the impact of issues in production environments until issues are fully investigated and resolved by R&D. Plan, design, implement, and execute test cases. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Identify and report defects, supporting defect resolution, and contributing to the continuous improvement of test processes. Design, build, maintain, improve, and optimize test environments, including hardware, virtualization, networking, and storage systems integration. Write and improve automation test cases for performance and stress testing. Ensure the release of high-quality software. 10% Domestic and International travel required. Hybrid work permitted.
