Role & Responsibilities The Repairs & Engineering Administrator coordinates the flow of equipment through the repairs process, ensuring items are accurately logged, tracked, costed, and completed on time. They work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and repair partners to prioritise urgent jobs, maintain traceability, and meet deadlines. Key duties include managing repair tickets, controlling spare parts stock, monitoring lead times, maintaining accurate system data, arranging external repairs, and supporting documentation. The role also helps manage billable repairs, retire uneconomical equipment, and keep workshop operations running efficiently with minimal disruption.
