Responsibilities
- Assist in evolving and leading Regal Rexnord's Regional compensation (short term and long term) strategy, processes and programs.
- Collaborate and partner with HR colleagues to understand their challenges related to compensation programs; and key issues in attracting, motivating and retaining high quality, diverse talent.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement and deliver results aligned with enterprise and HR strategy, including policy deployment initiatives.
- Serves as subject-matter expert on Regional compensation related projects and provides support to HR colleagues on compensation philosophy, policies, programs and processes.
- Drives the analysis of salary survey data, evaluates market trends, and makes recommendations regarding organizational salary adjustments, merit budgets, structure adjustments (including geographic structures).
- Provide support on Regal Rexnord's annual Regional compensation reviews, including merit, bonus and equity planning within Workday, in partnership with HR team members.
- Partner with HR colleagues and internal clients to understand business needs, job requirements and organizational design to evaluate jobs.
- Conducts job evaluations and analysis Regionally to determine appropriate benchmarks and determining competitive positioning.
- Manage equity program which includes annual award, vesting's, dividend reporting and assisting in Form 4 filings.
- Ensure on-going audits for internal compliance, governance, ensuring adherence to country, local and federal statutes and laws.
- Identify and recommend improvements and efficiencies around Regional compensation processes and programs.
- Ensure compensation programs and job classifications comply with applicable wage and hour laws.
- Provide effective problem solving and communication with all internal and external customers to ensure requests are handled efficiently.
- Supports executive compensation projects as needed.
- PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of Regional Compensation experience; preferably within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Workday, Compensation Policies, Map Valuations, Mercer (Regional Consulting Firm) and Fidelity highly preferred - No Pay Roll
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Pivot tables, x-lookup, formulas, graphing, and analytics).
- Demonstrated track record for holding vendors to the highest performance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to establish trust, credibility and rapport at all levels of the organization; seen as humble, direct, and authentic while possessing executive presence.
- Proven ability to be hands on, roll up sleeves and demonstrate resourcefulness, initiative, results-orientation. Has a mindset of continuous improvement and can embrace Regal's 80/20 principles.
- Familiarity with compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, Aon), and job evaluation methods.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong partnerships.
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically.
