M&A associate - Shanghai Office

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled corporate M&A Associate to join our dynamic team in Shanghai. Your experience 6-7 years of experience (Inbound and outbound exp. preferred) from a reputable law firm. Strong academic credentials in law. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory. Proven track record in managing M&A transactions. Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. A team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
