The Job: As the Business Development Specialist , you'll be part of our Sales Team with a dedicated focus on growing the Facom product line across Eastern Poland and Baltics Countries. You'll get to: Drive sales growth of the Facom product line across the assigned territory. Demonstrate products and work directly with distributors and industrial customers, including customers in the automotive, aviation, metal, and car service sectors. Organize and deliver product training sessions, tests, comparisons, and presentations on the practical use of tools and accessories using a demonstration vehicle. Use a demonstration vehicle comparable to a Peugeot Boxer as a key working tool for customer visits, product presentations, and training activities. Provide technical advice and maintain regular contact with customers and end users in the industrial and automotive sectors. Analyze and report on competitor activity within the market. Manage the distribution network within the assigned territory. Prepare and negotiate annual contracts with strategic business partners. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing business partners. Deliver sales, margin, and quality targets in line with business expectations. Salary Range: 98,000 - 146,600 PLN gross annually This is the lowest to highest salary range we would pay at the time of this posting.
