Monitoring key milestones and inter-project dependencies.Implement PMI standards for Project Management and Controls at the organizational levelDefine and evaluate business needs . Author business requirement documents, design, and implement tools/processes.Train others on project management methodology, tools, and best practices.Support the development of a comprehensive new-build asset management framework, including asset data standards, classification systems, stage-gate requirements, and data handover protocols to be applied to DOTI capital projects and private development citywide.Produce clear written deliverables including policy documents, process guides, business requirements, and stakeholder communications supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.Facilitate the delivery of projects through multidepartment collaboration and coordination.Assist as needed with agency project deadlines and reports with a team-based approach.Dental insuranceVision insurancePaid time offFlexible scheduleEquity / stock options
