Events Specialist - Contract - Arabic Speaker

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Specialist (Contract) who is an Arabic speaker to join our team at Visioneers. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of corporate events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional participant experiences. Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, workshops, and seminars. Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and transportation. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure event success. Develop and maintain detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate event marketing and communication efforts to maximize attendance and engagement. Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Ensure all events comply with company policies and local regulations. Prepare post-event reports and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills: Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of experience in event planning and coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and event management software. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. Flexibility to work outside standard hours as required.
