Job Description Position Overview This is a remote field-based position requiring daily travel to customer locations within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will provide technical support for BD Pyxis automated dispensing systems in healthcare facilities, maintaining and servicing both hardware and software components. Location Requirements Candidates should reside within a 30-mile radius of the position's base location - Albuquerque, NM Company vehicle provided 5% overnight travel may be required Core Responsibilities Provide on-site and remote technical support for BD Pyxis automated dispensing systems Diagnose, service, and resolve hardware and software issues Implement preventive maintenance programs Perform installations, repairs, calibrations, and provide sales support Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and inventory Participate in ongoing training and professional development Manage company assets (vehicle, tools, inventory) responsibly Required Qualifications 24x7 on-call experience in a customer-facing/field service environment Experience with computer electronics, Windows OS, and networking CompTIA A+ Certification Medical device or electromechanical device service/repair experience Customer Support Certification Valid driver's license meeting BD's auto safety standards
