About the role

Job Responsibilities Provide professional wellness treatments (e.g. massage, body therapy, facial treatments) Assess customers' needs and recommend suitable treatments/packages Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure a positive experience Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment Build strong customer relationships to encourage retention and repeat visits Support sales of treatments and wellness products Ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards Work Requirements Able to work on weekends and public holidays 4-5 off days per month (shift-based schedule) Outlet located within walking distance from MRT Able to communicate with English and Chinese-speaking customers (Mandarin & English required) Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in wellness/spa industry Relevant certifications preferred (CIDESCO, CIBTEC, ITEC or equivalent) Strong hands-on skills in massage or facial treatments Sales-oriented with service mindset Personal Qualities Friendly and able to build rapport with customers Good communication and interpersonal skills Willing to learn and a strong team player Passionate about wellness and self-care industry Self-motivated and responsible
