Job Description: Plan the Project schedule and ensure that the work schedules are executed as planned. Review and check the Project related reports and ensure the information is accurate for the purposes of quotation submission or invoicing for completed works or following up action if required rectification works. Assign tasks to the team when there are breakdown/calls from the clients. Monitor and follow up on procurement of parts and perform price negotiation to meet budget. Provide supervision to the Engineers and Technicians/Subcons for day-to-day work and follow work processes. Forecast cashflow for both internal/external usage and coordinate with team members until project handover. All other ad hoc duties as assigned.
