About the role
Job Description: The Technical Executive, Facilities Management and the Senior Technical Executive, Facilities Management are the front line of the Managing Agent in responding to each School and Users, and to ensure that the Facilities Management Services under the Contract have been properly carried out and performed. Assist the Senior Technical Executive and the School in planning and programming all visits and maintenance services including implementation of Infrastructure Improvement Works with the Project Manager/ project management team. The Technical Executive, Facilities Management will be the site supervisors and assist the Professional Quantity Surveyors in all site measurement and records. Job Requirements: The Technical Executive, Facilities Management should have the following qualification and FM services working experiences as follow: A Polytechnic Diploma in FM Services / Estate Management, Building Maintenance / Engineering or equivalent with minimum of three (3) years FM services experiences, or any candidate with minimum five (5) years proven track records as Technical Executive, Facilities Management or equivalent may apply. The Technical Executive, Facilities Management shall hold at least 2 of the following skillsets in their experience
