We're looking for an Engineering Director, Integrations to lead teams responsible for building and scaling enterprise-grade integrations that connect our platform with airline systems and third‑party services. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineering leader who thrives in complex, customer-facing environments and excels at systems thinking-viewing integrations not as one-off projects, but as configurable, reusable platform capabilities. You'll help evolve integrations from bespoke implementations into a scalable integration platform that supports growth, repeatability, and long-term maintainability. You'll play a critical role in strengthening operating models, improving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring integration work scales with customer demand-without burning out teams. This is an opportunity to reshape how integrations are built and delivered, improve team health and morale, and create a durable foundation for future growth in a rapidly scaling SaaS organization.
