Responsibilities

  • In this role, you'll manage both inbound and outbound pharmacy communications , support medication adherence, and help remove access barriers for patients across diverse populations.
  • Core Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Licensure & Certification
  • โญ National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required
  • โœ… Active State Pharmacy Technician registration (obtainable with national certification)
  • ๐Ÿ“„ Willingness to obtain additional required licensure within an agreed timeframe
  • Continued employment contingent upon licensure compliance
  • Experience & Education
  • ๐ŸŽ“ High school diploma or GED required
  • ๐Ÿงช 1-3 years of pharmacy technician experience preferred , particularly in:
  • Medication refill management
  • Pharmacy claim adjudication and insurance troubleshooting
  • Specialty pharmacy or complex therapies
  • Collaboration with clinical care teams
  • Remote, call center, or high-volume pharmacy environments (strong plus)
  • Language Requirement
  • ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required
