KeyResponsibilities Track and maintain contract registers, obligations, deliverables, and milestones; ensure timely notifications. Review, negotiate and finalize Terms and Conditions of Client Contract and Vendor Purchase Orders Assist in drafting contractual correspondence with clear, concise English. Liaise across Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls, and Site teams to consolidate inputs. Gather facts and documents to analyze contractual and commercial claims. Support preparation of claims narratives, quantification, and supporting evidence. Monitor costs, risks, and opportunities and maintain commercial trackers. Prepare meeting notes and follow-ups; maintain documentation quality. Apply company contract management standards, templates, and controls ContractDuration 24 months, extendable based on performance and project need. Location: Singapore. We are looking for a Contract & Claims ManagementProfessional to be based in Singapore. Experience: ~5-7 years, with relevant exposure as per outlined JD Contract tenure: 24 months, with the option to extend based on performance and business need Target start: End-July 2026 Sector preference: Proven experience in Contract Management and prior CCM experience is necessary. Mechanical engineering background with CCM experience in the energy sector (e.g., O&G, powerplants) is preferred.
