About the role

Responsibilities

  • In this role you will:
  • Efficiently load and unload delivery trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and palletise ICT equipment for domestic and international shipment.
  • Use handheld scanners and inventory management software to track assets in real-time, ensuring 100% records accuracy.
  • Organize and consolidate stock on racking systems to maintain a clean, high-functioning environment.
  • Secure handling of sensitive hardware designated for data sanitization or destruction.
  • Adhere strictly to all WHS policies, teamwork protocols, and equipment maintenance schedules.

Requirements

  • The Ideal candidate will have:
  • Strong attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to follow structured processes and work comfortably within a strict compliance-focused environment.
  • Comfort and capability working in a document-heavy Mailroom/Mailhub environment (including receiving, registering, opening, sorting, prepping, scanning, classifying, validating, dispatching, archiving, and retrieving mail items/documents).
  • The ability to work seamlessly independently, as a core member of a team, and across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • A strong understanding of, and alignment with, Iron Mountain's Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) purpose and goals.
