Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years in a role that blended marketing tasks with administrative or recruitment support.
- Technical Skills: * Practical knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page and technical basics).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and WordPress (or similar CMS).
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM.
- Communication: A wordsmith who can write a technical SEO meta-description in the morning and an empathetic candidate rejection or outreach email in the afternoon.
- Organization: High attention to detail; you're the person who catches a typo in a job post at 100 paces.
