Azelis Denmark is looking for a Planner in Herlev to further support the industry - if you're up for the challenge, you've come to the right place! The mission Our new Planner will support the mission of managing and developing purchasing strategies across a defined principal portfolio as well as for formalising a stock policy according to demand forecasts, principal's capacities and available stocks to maximize working capital efficiency whilst meeting principal needs and supporting "best in class" customer satisfaction. This role interacts with both commercial and operational teams, working closely with Sales teams, Product Managers and Supply chain Administrators. Main accountabilities of the role Define procurement strategies according to market dynamics, the Azelis commercial policies and product classification and the principals' expectations/specifications. Interact with the commercial team to get market insights and improve sales forecasting accuracy. Set up master planning based on stock rotation, sales, customers behaviour and maintain data regularly. Ensure best balance between margins maximization and DIO optimization. Give preference to internal sourcing through local entities. Limit obsolete stocks and rationalize impaired and expired stocks. Coordinate destocking actions. Join business reviews and share planning results. Follow up on market trends, principals' organisations, product range specifications. Track principals' supply consistency, detect opportunities, develop operational relationship. Provide purchase forecasts to Principals when required. Ensure purchase orders alignment with forecasts. Reconcile stock deviations and initiate stock countings where needed. Master ERP functionalities and IT Systems related to own scope to work efficiently and provide best service to Customers (internal and external) and Principals. The individual we're looking for We're looking for a colleague with a proven track record of Supply and Demand Planning who excels within the below experience and skills: Professional experience Proven experience in supply chain, and supply and demand planning Entrepreneurial, analytical and commercial mindset and negotiation skills Passionate about achieving goals/targets, high service level standards Team-player, strong communication skills Understanding of supplier, customer and market dynamics and requirements Ability to adapt to new & changing requirements and a flexible approach to working with pressure Personal skills You recognise yourself in the Azelis company values: Innovative & Resourceful, Agile & Empowered, Collaborative & Respectful, Transparent & Results Oriented You possess strong communication skills whether it's communication with your internal or external stakeholders - both English and Danish are required You're a motivated and enthusiastic self-starter who also appreciates feedback and teamwork You have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills You're comfortable working with technology and software such as Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP
