About the role

Provide implementation of all activities in the departments related to Process Engineering, to ensure manufacturing goals are reached through maximum and efficient use of available resources. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure products are provided to customers on time so that product quality, yield, operating costs and process efficiencies are met. Responsible for assuring compliances to all regulatory requirements - FDA, OSHA, OFCCP, EPA, etc. Adheres to all environmental, health and safety SOPs, equipment, policies and procedures, including any process specific requirements. Perform analytical review, recommend, and implement corrective action for any exception condition. Identify/Execute/Implement process specific improvements within all production areas arising from both quality and performance issues. Areas of focus include: DPM, Conversion loss, SPC, CIPM, FMEA, EPC, Digitization and iCare. Support Maintenance Activities and upkeep of respective documentation Maintain and update departmental Standard Local Operating Procedures. Support plant-wide strategic plan programs and activities Reporting directly to the Maintenance Area Principal Engineer

Requirements

• Experience in Manufacturing industry 3+ years is required for Senior
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing)
