Responsibilities
- Serve as post sales lead for digital support across multiple markets.
- Ensure proper entry and billing of all digital campaigns as an audit gate prior to submitting orders to digital fulfilment teams/vendors
- Regular tracking of client campaign delivery across TEGNA's digital products consisting of OTT/CTV, video, and display.
- Work with Digital Client Services teams across multiple product lines to ensure campaign pacing and delivery.

- Dive into TEGNA Attribution and support/manage as needed for client campaigns.
- Work in tandem with Account Executives, Station leadership, Sales Support, and corporate leadership.
- Complete standard monthly reporting for all digital campaigns and deliver to station staff for the completion of final reporting presentations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of account management in a professional, fast-paced media sales environment.
- Track record of successfully retaining and growing clients.
- Knowledge of marketing solutions including broadcasting and digital advertising.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and advertising solutions.
- Prior experience using CRM systems and MS Office suite.
- Self-motivation and willingness to work as a team player are essential attributes.
- Demonstrate ability to be creative, flexible, and able to adapt to change with evolving priorities.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organization and time management skills.
