Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Service Manager to lead daily service operations across multiple ultra-luxury brands

  • Review daily cash tickets for accuracy and upsell opportunities
  • Participate in daily service huddles and contribute to team alignment
  • Assist with closing procedures, security, and coordination of team training initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of automotive service experience
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years of leadership experience within a service department
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and support a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to balance customer satisfaction with business objectives
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering a luxury-level experience
