What's the role about? As HR & People Manager, you will: Take full ownership of the HR function in a standalone capacity Partner with leadership to shape and deliver a forward-thinking people strategy Lead recruitment, ensuring the business attracts and retains high-quality talent Strengthen organisational culture, moving from reactive to proactive HR practices Support leaders with people challenges, coaching them to build high-performing teams Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a clear people strategy aligned to business growth plans Lead end-to-end recruitment, from role scoping through to onboarding and induction Advise leadership on employee relations, performance management, and organisational design Build and embed effective HR processes, policies, and compliance frameworks Coach and develop managers to enhance leadership capability Design and deliver learning and development initiatives across the business Drive cultural evolution, embedding values and improving engagement
