From Manchester to New York, we're powered by a team of over 2500 people who work together, lead by example, and think BIG. With us, you'll go further, faster. What are you waiting for? Life at THG Nutrition THG Nutrition is home to some of the world's most trusted and best-loved wellbeing and nutrition brands, including Myprotein, the world's largest online sports nutrition brand, alongside Myvegan, Myvitamins and MP Activewear. Our brands and people exist to break boundaries - to power and empower those who want more. We move fast, challenge convention, and back ourselves to win. These values shape how we work every day. Why be a Quality Leader at THG Nutrition? Quality doesn't happen by accident. Based at THG Nutrition's flagship Omega manufacturing site in Warrington, you'll help protect the standards behind some of the world's leading nutrition brands, ensuring every product that reaches our customers is safe, compliant and manufactured to the highest quality standards. You'll lead a team of Quality Assurance professionals, work closely with Production, Operations and Technical teams, and play a key role in driving a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility. From supporting audits and food safety compliance to leading investigations and continuous improvement projects, you'll have a direct impact on both our products and our people. As one of THG Nutrition's largest and most advanced manufacturing facilities, Omega offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced operation, gain exposure to large-scale manufacturing processes and contribute to the continued growth of globally recognised brands. If you're passionate about food safety, enjoy developing teams and want the opportunity to influence how quality is delivered across a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you. What impact will I make? Build and develop a high-performing Quality Assurance team, creating a culture of accountability, development and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and customer standards, including HACCP, GMP, BRC and other regulatory requirements. Oversee inspections, audits and product assessments across raw materials, production processes and finished goods. Lead investigations into quality concerns, customer complaints and non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions. Use quality data and performance metrics to identify trends, reduce defects and improve product consistency. Partner with Production and Operational teams to ensure quality standards are embedded throughout the manufacturing process and maintained during internal and external audits. What will help me succeed? Experience working within a Quality Assurance role in a food manufacturing environment. Previous leadership, supervisory or team development experience. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality management systems and auditing processes. Familiarity with industry standards including HACCP, GMP, BRC and ISO. Experience investigating quality issues and implementing corrective actions. Ability to analyse quality data and use insights to drive improvements. Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills. Qualification in Food Science, Microbiology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
