Responsibilities

- Load and unload route trucks daily, ensuring accuracy and completion of all deliveries and pickups
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, route sales, or account management
- Experience operating 26-28 ft. straight trucks preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to meet all DOT requirements and obtain/maintain a valid DOT Medical Card (employer-supported)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset (uniform provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and push/pull linen carts up to 700 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and sit for extended periods (up to 10 hours/day)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage routes, equipment, and customer needs effectively
