We do this by combining technology, science, innovation, marketing, and creativity to build new customer-facing features and experiences alongside industry-leading tools for marketers. We are looking for creative, customer-obsessed, curious, and highly entrepreneurial leaders to join our team. NASM Outbound is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager responsible for driving a best-in-class customer experience through personalization and agentic AI, helping to drive sales and innovation across e-mail and push campaigns across North America Stores (NAS). You will be responsible for developing manual, semi-automated, and AI-powered campaigns in support of cross-category merchandising, seasonal events, deals, and other strategic programs. As a leader in the team, you will be expected to influence across the organization, partnering with Tech and Central Automated Marketing teams to influence the testing roadmap across audience, creative, personalized content, and tooling. Key job responsibilities - Use performance insights to create and set up new automated push and email programs - Influence and partner with Tech, Product, and Science teams to develop testing roadmaps related to personalization and AI - Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email and push - Drive operational efficiency by leveraging agentic AI tools to automate and streamline campaign workflows - from traffic planning and asset management to campaign creation and reporting - Establish standards and best practices for personalization across email and push campaigns - Research audience and identify key audiences - Design annual personalized email and push marketing strategy, experiments, and campaigns based on audience analysis - Establish goals and KPIs - Partner with stakeholder teams and creative in determining and organizing email and push campaign content - Use audience segmentation to send curated content to specific audiences - Track conversion rates and related revenue from campaigns - Conduct analysis on campaign performance and make necessary adjustments
