What You'll Do and How You'll Have an Impact Perform detailed contract review and analysis for non-standard arrangements to determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment in accordance with ASC 606, and thoroughly document conclusions; Lead and execute revenue-related month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; Partner with system teams to enhance revenue system utilization (NetSuite ARM), improving process efficiency and revenue accuracy; Identify bottlenecks, manual work, and automation opportunities across the revenue recognition and close process to drive continuous improvement; Collaborate with revenue operations, pricing, and product teams to conduct Standalone Selling Price (SSP) studies; Participate in M&A revenue-related integration to ensure smooth revenue process transitions as needed; Update revenue policies and position papers to reflect evolving business models, new products, and regulatory guidance; Assist with the external audit process and participate in and/or lead ad hoc projects with cross-functional impacts.
