About the role

Our client is an established local bank, they are looking to hire a customer service officer to join their contact center. Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers in call center on banking products, accounts and service enquiries in an effective and efficient manner. Ability to understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction Consistently deliver excellent quality service to customers to achieve total customer satisfaction Solicit customers' feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions Working hours: 5 working days per week - 4 weekdays 1 weekend AM shift will be any 8 hours between 8am - 8pm ($400 allowance) PM shift will be any 8 hours between 1pm - 12 midnight ($1000 allowance) Interested candidates may apply through the application system.
