Position Title: Care Concierge (Clinical) Location: Bright Hill Working Days: 4 Days Work Week Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts (8:00AM - 8:00PM / 8:00PM - 8:00AM) (After July, working hours will be 7:00AM - 7:00PM / 7:00PM - 7:00AM) Salary: $2,500 and above (depending on experience) Benefits: Lunch and dinner provided during shifts Job Description Assist residents with activities of daily living, including toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding, and continence care. Perform basic physiological monitoring and report observations to the nursing team. Carry out planned nursing interventions under the supervision of trained nurses. Support nurses during medical emergencies and crisis situations. Maintain residents' dignity and well-being throughout their stay. Assist healthcare professionals during clinical consultations. Accompany residents for clinical appointments, hospital transfers, and internal transfers. Support life enrichment and recreational activities for residents. Participate in quality audits and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with infection prevention and safety protocols. Maintain accurate records and documentation where required.
