Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead production teams during assigned shifts to maximize output and efficiency
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, including timely start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers
- Oversee receiving, handling, and feeding of raw materials to prevent contamination and waste
- Monitor and report daily raw material consumption to maintain accurate inventory and reduce scrap rates
- Ensure finished products meet defined quality specifications and standards

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience handling raw materials in manufacturing setting (e.g. chemical, metal).
- WSQ Supervise Work in Confined Space certification and valid forklift license
- Commit to 12-hour rotating shifts (day and night on alternate weeks)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 14001 is an added advantage
