AI-Native Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
• Own end-to-end mobile application development, from architecture and implementation to
• deployment and maintenance.
• Build and enhance web applications using Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• technologies.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations using Node.js.
• Design and optimize MongoDB data models and database performance.
• Containerize applications and manage deployment workflows using Docker.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate
• delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality products.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement.
• Required Qualifications
• 3-5 years of software engineering experience (Full-Stack or Mobile).
• Strong proficiency in Next.js and modern web development.
• Hands-on experience with Flutter for cross-platform mobile development.
• Solid experience with Node.js backend development.
• Experience with Docker, MongoDB, and AWS cloud services.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, testing, and CI/CD.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar.
• AI-Native Development Requirements
• Ability to integrate AI tools into daily development workflows.
• Strong prompt engineering and AI-assisted problem-solving skills.
• Experience using AI for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and system design.
• Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
• Experience in blockchain or Web3 applications.
• Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, GraphRAG, or AI agent systems.
