Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Channel and Cloud Partner Marketing team to drive pipeline growth, support regional partner sales and enablement objectives, and increase brand awareness across Latin America
  • Design and implement a regional partner marketing strategy that includes partner-led and joint in-person and virtual marketing programs, focusing on outcomes that drive pipeline generation and new customer acquisition in prioritized LATAM markets

  • Work closely with the global Partner Marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders across the Datadog partner ecosystem to drive collaboration and execute targeted partner campaigns and initiatives
  • Build and scale regional partner marketing best practices that support Datadog's growth strategy across emerging and mature LATAM markets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree a plus)
  • 10+ years of partner marketing experience, with 2-4 years leading high-performing partner marketing teams
  • Strong experience using partner marketing as a vehicle for pipeline generation and revenue growth
  • Experience working across Latin America, including understanding of regional market dynamics, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies
  • Ability to think strategically and understand how partner marketing fits into the broader go-to-market plan
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders internally and externally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred
  • Desire to work in a high-growth startup atmosphere
  • Ability to travel up to 25%+
