You will serve as NIWC Pacific's Communications and Networks (C&N) Engineering Senior Scientific Technical Manager and C&N Department Head of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA. Knowledge of the development, test and sustainment of application software in the Communications and Networks domain. TQ2. Leadership and management experience of large organizations, including: providing technical vision and strategic focus, workforce development, mentoring/coaching technical experts in Communications and Networks domains, and a thorough understanding of budgeting and execution of financial operations within Working Capital Fund (WCF) system, including the A-11 Budget Process.
