Responsibilities
- Drive the overall leasing strategy and performance across an assigned portfolio of retail malls to maximise occupancy and rental revenue.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the leasing team while providing strategic direction on leasing initiatives and negotiations.

Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of retail leasing experience, preferably within shopping malls or retail property portfolios.
- Proven track record in retail leasing, tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and portfolio management.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's retail property market, leasing trends, and consumer dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.

- Location: Central
- Working hours: 5 Days
- Salary: up to S$12,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
