Requirements
- A master's degree in chemical engineering with 7+ years of experience or a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, or related engineering field, with at least 10 years of experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. 3-5 years of people management experience required.
- Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimal travel required, 20% or less.
