Job Description & Requirements Job Scope: Create detailed floor plans and layouts that optimize the functionality Generate creative and unique design concepts that align with the client's vision and project objectives Recommend furniture, lighting, and fixtures that complement the overall design concept and meet the client's requirements Using creativity to generate new concepts, plan spaces, create designs, and create building plans that can be manufactured The main work is doing the 2D and 3D drawings including detailed elevation drawings, which are not required to be discussed with the customer, we don't require a drafter with Revit or QS skills (it is not suitable for our trade ) Job Requirement: At least a Diploma in Interior Design or related field At least 4 years of design working experience Able to work independently with minimal supervision Proficiency in design software and tools such as 3Dmax, AutoCAD, Sketch up, 2D and 3D visualization Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented 5.5 days work week We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified. you may send your resume to mikehausbedroom@gmail.com
