- Experience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teams
- Ability to support and guide technicians
- Preferred : experience in field-based or multi-site support, multi-brand exposure with an OEM/importer technical support background
- Technical knowledge
- Modern vehicle systems: powertrain, ADAS, body electronics
- Networks: CAN / LIN / FlexRay
- Diagnostic methods: root cause analysis, guided diagnostics, flashing
- Language
- Working proficiency in English required (written and spoken)
- Additional European languages are a plus
