As a Care Assistant, Support Worker, HCS or Home Carer you'll be supporting older adults with their morning or evening routines, providing reassurance and helping them feel safe at home. Key Tasks Personal care (washing, toileting, dressing for bed) Giving medication support and support with mobility Preparing light meals, drinks and snacks Offering companionship and conversation at the end of the day Recording simple care notes after each visit Taking clients out into the community for socialising or appointments Ideal Candidate Essential: A valid Category B driving license is a genuine occupational requirement for this role due to the need to travel between remote sites where public transport is unavailable.
