Responsibilities
- Lead monthly and quarterly demand forecasting and consensus processes for assigned portfolio or region
- Collaborate closely with commercial partners gathering insights into long term business trends, media, and promo plans to influence our long-range forecast
- Work with Deliver the plan planners to incorporate S&OE forecast changes into long range plans; adjust plans for long term impacts
- Communicate and present monthly changes with clear data drivers and gain collective buy in from cross functional partners on a consensus forecast
- Collaborate with Commercial and Supply Planning partners to model future business risks and opportunities and evaluate support
- Responsible for actioning budget plans annually
- Conduct root cause analyses of forecast error and identify corrective actions
- Recommend and support corrective actions to improve forecast accuracy and overall planning effectiveness
- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles (or equivalent) with increasing responsibility
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
- PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to present recommendations concisely to cross functional partners and gain support for consensus plans rooted in data and assumptions
- Quantitative and qualitative data analysis, linking root cause to action driving KPI improvement
- Ability to work with and deal with ambiguity; analyze existing data, make assumptions, and present business cases for action
- A fast-paced, multi-tasking expert with strong cross-functional project management capabilities
- End to End Supply Chain knowledge and understanding; able to quickly make decisions based on analysis of current assumptions
