Responsibilities

  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, timely delivery of services, and effective coordination with project stakeholders.
  • Contribute to service positioning and market visibility through thought leadership and high-quality technical output.
  • Mentor and support colleagues across projects where appropriate.
  • Meet client expectations by completing assigned tasks within agreed timelines and communicating effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and technically sound reports and technical correspondence as required.
  • Requirements and Qualifications
  • To set you up for success in this role from day one, the following qualifications and experience are required:
  • A background in fire engineering, preferably within a consultancy environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Fire Engineering or a related discipline such as Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 8+ years' experience in fire protection engineering, including design review, inspections, and commissioning.
  • For full-time commercial/technical scope: experience performing technical consulting or engineering tasks independently or as part of a project team in the fire safety sector.
