Arc is on a mission to electrify the marine industry. We're rethinking propulsion, powertrain, software, and the ownership model from first principles. And we're already executing. On the consumer side we've gone from our first boat to scaled production with new models launching. On the commercial side we're moving across tugs, ferries, and defense with a $160M contract delivering this year and a pipeline that spans every vessel type on the water. The technology is proven, the momentum is real, and the opportunity is enormous. The marine industry is going electric and Arc is building the platform that powers it. Who we're looking for We're looking for someone who's fired up by our mission and ready to build. You'll thrive here if you adapt quickly, take ownership, and care about the details. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Los Angeles headquarters with up to 75% travel. You'll report to Commercial Build Engineer and work closely with a lean, high-trust team where everyone's work matters. Core responsibilities Assembling and integrating electrical and mechanical systems Building and routing wire harnesses, including fiber optic cable assemblies where applicable Installing and terminating electrical components and communication interfaces (CAN, Ethernet, Modbus, etc.) Diagnosing electrical issues in 1000V DC and 480V AC systems Assembling pneumatic and hydraulic systems Assembling cooling systems Supporting development builds and prototype systems Supporting sea trials, deployments, and customer-facing technical operations Performing root-cause troubleshooting with the ability to provide efficient resolutions
