About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Digital/ Performance Marketing to drive user acquisition through performance marketing and partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who can run biddable campaigns efficiently while identifying and managing high-impact partnerships. Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Apple ads, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels. Utilize data-driven insights to experiment with new audience segments, creatives & targeting approaches Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic Direct partners to drive customer acquisition. Work closely with internal teams (creative, tech, analytics) to align partnerships with broader marketing objectives. 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in gaming, fintech, or e-commerce). Strong understanding of paid acquisition channels of App & Web campaigns on (Google Ads, X (Twitter) Ads Facebook Ads, Apple ads, Programmatic channels etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Have fair understanding of MMP i.e Appsflyer, Adjust or Branch etc. Good communication and data analytical skills.
