Nous recherchons des stagiaires de juillet à décembre 2027 (6 mois) au sein de notre département Corporate - Regulatory. L'EQUIPE L'équipe Réglementation financière et bancaire de Norton Rose Fulbright Paris compte 1 associé et 3 collaborateurs. Elle intervient principalement dans le domaine de la réglementation bancaire et financière : règles applicable aux établissements réglementés (octroi et retrait d'agrément, exemptions, obligations prudentielles, lutte contre le blanchiment et le financement du terrorisme, etc.), à la fourniture de services bancaires, de services de paiement, de services d'investissement, à la gestion de monnaie électronique, aux actifs numériques, à la résolution bancaire, aux dérivés, aux opérations de financement sur titres, etc. LE STAGE PROPOSE Missions Dans le cadre du stage proposé, les stagiaires seront notamment amenés à effectuer des recherches juridiques, à rédiger des mémorandums, des consultations juridiques et des contrats, que ce soit en français ou en anglais, à participer à des réunions de négociation et, de façon plus générale, à assister l'équipe dans la gestion quotidienne de ses dossiers. Profil Elève-avocat(e) ou étudiant(e) en master 2 en droit bancaire et financier, ou plus généralement en droit des affaires, dont la formation est le cas échéant complétée par une double formation (école de commerce, IEP, université anglo-saxonne, etc.).
